Business Development Manager

Intention Alliance is in search of a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. We're seeking a dynamic and strategic professional with a proactive approach to business development, coupled with high emotional intelligence and a focus on objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the high-tech industry, specifically in artificial intelligence, bringing with them a wealth of experience and a sharp understanding of the competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

● Strategic Business Development: Uncover and pursue fresh business opportunities within the AI tech sector. Nurture and sustain strategic partnerships to propel business growth and expand market reach.

● Market Analysis: Dive deep into market dynamics through comprehensive research to unveil trends, opportunities, and challenges within the AI and tech industry. Utilize insights to drive strategic decisions and steer business development initiatives.

● Client Relationship Management: Foster robust and enduring customer relationships. Harness high emotional intelligence to navigate intricate negotiations and foster strong bonds.

● Sales and Marketing Alignment: Forge a seamless partnership with the marketing team to craft and execute potent social media advertising strategies aligned with business development goals. Ensure unified efforts for effective brand exposure and heightened brand visibility.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development within the high-tech industry, with a particular emphasis on candidates with specific expertise in artificial intelligence.

● Demonstrated proficiency in social media advertising and digital marketing strategies.

● Outstanding emotional intelligence, enabling the building of robust relationships, influencing decision-makers, and navigating complex negotiations effectively.

● Proactive attitude, evidenced by a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing performance targets.

● Exceptional ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and collaborate effectively with others.
